**Patty Dough Crust **
4cups all purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
3 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp curry powder
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup butter or Margarine
1/2 cup vegetable shortening (Crisco or
Cookeen)
3/4 cup cold water
**Beef Filling Ingredients **
1 1b ground beef
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp Jerk Seasoning
1 tsp black pepper
1 cup onion & garlic (finely chopped)
1/2 cup scallion & thyme (finely chopped)
Scotch bonnet pepper (chopped)
2-3 tbsp soy sauce mix with 1 cup water
1/4 cup bread crumbs
Bake at 350 degree for 35-40 minutes
Oven temperature varies… make take longer

6 Conchs (tenderized)

Garlic Salt (to taste)
1 tbsp. Garlic Powder (or 1 garlic clove)

1/2 tsp. Red Pepper Flakes
1 tbsp. Ginger (diced) *optional
water (3 cups depending on the size of your pot)
*Pay close attention to the flour in the pot because it burns easily. Be sure to allow the tenderized conch a minute or two to scald first in just hot water before adding to your stew.

Brian Hooker, whose wife was reported missing in the Bahamas after going overboard on a dinghy, told ABC News he is staying on the island with his "sole focus" on finding her.
Lynette Hooker, 55, of Michigan, has been missing for over a week. She and Brian Hooker, 58, had departed Hope Town on the Abaco Islands for their yacht, Soulmate, in Elbow Cay around 7:30 p.m. on April 4, when bad weather caused Lynette Hooker to fall overboard, her husband told authorities.

From New Line Cinema comes the latest high-stakes installment in the blockbuster
video game franchise in all its brutal glory, Mortal Kombat II. This time, the fan favorite
champions—now joined by Johnny Cage himself—are pitted against one another in the
ultimate, no-holds barred, gory battle to defeat the dark rule of Shao Kahn that threatens the
very existence of the Earthrealm and its defenders.
Karl Urban stars as Johnny Cage, alongside Adeline Rudolph, Jessica McNamee, Josh
Lawson, Ludi Lin, Mehcad Brooks, Tati Gabrielle, Lewis Tan, Damon Herriman, with Chin
Han, Tadanobu Asano as Lord Raiden, Joe Taslim as Bi-Han, and Hiroyuki Sanada as Hanzo
Hasashi and Scorpion.
Director Simon McQuoid returns to helm the follow up to his explosive 2021
cinematic adventure, from a screenplay by Jeremy Slater, based on the videogame created
by Ed Boon and John Tobias. The film is produced by Todd Garner, E. Bennett Walsh, James
Wan, Toby Emmerich and Simon McQuoid, and executive produced by Michael Clear, Judson
Scott, Jeremy Slater, Ed Boon and Lawrence KasanoV.
Joining McQuoid behind the camera are director of photography Stephen F. Windon,
production designer Yohei Taneda, editor Stuart Levy and costume designer Cappi Ireland,
with casting by Rich Delia and music by Benjamin Wallfisch.
